Drive and Discover Mt. Hiei: One-Day Pass Combines Temple Admission and Scenic Road Access
世界文化遺産・比叡山延暦寺の参拝と、比叡山ドライブウェイ・奥比叡ドライブウェイの通行がセットになったデジタルワンデイパスの販売が始まった。発売元は比叡山三者協議会（比叡山延暦寺、比叡山自動車道株式会社、奥比叡参詣自動車道株式会社）で、価格は2,900円。利用可能期間は2025年10月13日まで（8月8日を除く）。
A new digital one-day pass offers visitors full access to UNESCO World Heritage Site Enryakuji Temple and the scenic Hieizan and Okuhiei Driveways. Launched by the Mt. Hiei Tri-Party Council (Enryakuji Temple, Hieizan Expressway Co., and Okuhiei Sankei Driveway Co.), the pass is priced at ¥2,900 and valid through October 13, 2025 (excluding August 8).
このパスを使えば、比叡山延暦寺の東塔・西塔・横川の三塔を巡拝できるほか、ガーデンミュージアム比叡や比叡山峰道レストラン、びわ湖展望台などの観光施設も満喫できる。びわ湖の眺望や春の八重桜、新緑、紅葉、雪景色といった季節の景観も魅力だ。
The pass includes admission to the three main temple areas—Tō-tō (East Pagoda), Sai-tō (West Pagoda), and Yokawa—as well as access to the Garden Museum Hiei, Hieizan Peak Road Restaurant, and Lake Biwa scenic spots. Visitors can enjoy cherry blossoms, fresh greenery, autumn leaves, and winter snowscapes.
特典として、比叡山延暦寺の巡拝料割引（同乗大人10名まで200円引）や、ガーデンミュージアム比叡の入園料割引（本人含む大人4名まで200円引）が付く。デジタルチケットはオンラインで購入可能。
Bonus discounts include ¥200 off temple admission for up to 10 accompanying adults and reduced entry to the Garden Museum Hiei for up to 4 adults. Tickets are available online.
