Where Art Meets Prayer: NFT Shrine “Hyper Jinja 6D” Installed on Naoshima

香川県・直島の現代アート旅館「ろ霞」の庭園に、NFTと神道の意匠を融合したリアル神社作品「ハイパー神社6D（Deep Digital Dream Data Den Daitaisha）」が建立され、2025年5月6日より一般公開される。
A new real-world shrine artwork, Hyper Jinja 6D (Deep Digital Dream Data Den Daitaisha), blending NFT culture with Shinto aesthetics, will open to the public on May 6, 2025, in the garden of the contemporary art ryokan Roka on Naoshima Island, Kagawa Prefecture.
本作は、アーティスト・たかくらかずき氏と株式会社ゆめみによる「ハイパー神社」NFTプロジェクトの最終段階として構想され、15種のデジタル拡張子を神格化した神々を祀る一連のシリーズの集大成にあたる。
Conceived as the final phase of the Hyper Jinja NFT project by artist Kazuki Takakura and Yumemi Inc., the work completes a series in which 15 digital file extensions are deified and venerated as characters.
「ハイパー神社6D」は、特定のNFTだけでなく、あらゆるNFTやデジタル画像・動画を奉納・参拝できる“デジタルデータ信仰の聖地”として構想された。
The shrine structure features Aji stone and a central Mino-yaki tile embedded with an XR marker. Visitors can use their smartphones to summon a virtual shrine and digitally offer their own NFT or image data.
公開にあわせて、物理的なお守りにNFCチップを内蔵した「お守りNFT」や、美濃焼の奉納タイルとNFTを組み合わせた「NFT付き奉納タイル」の販売も開始された。
To coincide with the launch, limited-edition Omamori NFTs with embedded NFC chips and collectible NFT-Embedded Offering Tiles made from Mino ware are also available.
自然・祈り・デジタルが交差するこの空間は、宗教的儀礼とインタラクティブなアートが融合する新たな場として注目を集めている。
Blending nature, ritual, and digital expression, the shrine offers a new site of convergence between traditional spirituality and interactive contemporary art.
