Mankusen Shrine Priest Presents “TSK Mythology School: Fun!? Kojiki — Amaterasu and Susanoo” Lecture in Izumo with Gourmet Experience

島根県出雲市で7月4日、山陰中央テレビジョン放送（TSK）主催の講演会「TSK神話塾 愉快な⁈『古事記』～天照大神と須佐之男命～」が市内特設会場で開催される。講師は、“空飛ぶ神主さん”として全国各地で講演活動を行う万九千神社（出雲市）の宮司・錦田剛志氏。
On July 4, San-in Chuo Television Broadcasting (TSK) will host the lecture “TSK Mythology School: Fun!? Kojiki — Amaterasu and Susanoo” at a special venue in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture. The speaker will be Tsuyoshi Nishikida, chief priest of Mankusen Shrine in Izumo, widely known as the “Flying Shinto Priest” for his nationwide lectures.
錦田宮司は、日本最古の歴史書『古事記』に登場する天照大神と須佐之男命の物語を、ユーモアあふれる語り口でわかりやすく解説。神話に親しみがない人にも楽しめるように工夫されている。
Priest Nishikida will offer humorous and accessible explanations of myths featuring the deities Amaterasu and Susanoo, as recorded in Japan’s oldest historical text, the Kojiki, making the mythology enjoyable even for newcomers.
錦田氏が宮司を務める万九千神社は、旧暦10月の神在月（かみありづき）に、全国から集まった八百万の神々が最後に立ち寄り、神議り（かむはかり）と神宴（直会）を催したのち、それぞれの諸国へと旅立つとされる由緒深い神社だ。
Mankusen Shrine, where Nishikida serves as chief priest, is historically significant. Tradition holds that during Kamiari-zuki (the tenth lunar month), the myriad gods from across Japan gather here for divine councils and feasts before departing back to their respective regions.
講演後は、出雲の人気宿「月夜のうさぎ」で豪華食事と飲み放題が楽しめる特別プランも用意されている。日帰りプラン（講座＋食事）は13,500円、宿泊プラン（2名1室・1泊2食）は25,000円で、参加者を募集中だ（定員40名に達し次第締切）。
Following the lecture, special plans including gourmet dining with unlimited drinks will be available at Izumo’s popular inn “Tsukiyo no Usagi.” A day-trip plan (lecture and dining) is priced at 13,500 yen, while an overnight plan (one night with two meals for two guests) is 25,000 yen. Registration is open until capacity is reached.
