Ikuta Shrine in Kobe Offers Six Limited-Edition Goshuin for Summer and Tanabata Season
兵庫県神戸市の生田神社では、2025年7月1日から31日までの1か月間、七夕や夏の風物詩をテーマとした限定御朱印6種が授与される。
Ikuta Shrine in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, is offering six types of limited-edition goshuin (shrine stamps) themed on Tanabata and summer motifs, available from July 1 to 31, 2025.
今回授与されるのは、切り絵やエッチング加工を用いた「神むすひ」「夏詣」「盛夏」など、いずれも趣向を凝らした意匠の御朱印で、月替わりの参拝記念としても人気が高まっている。
Among the designs are intricately crafted stamps such as “Kamimusubi,” “Natsumode,” and “Seika,” featuring paper cutouts and etching techniques. These seasonal goshuin have become increasingly popular as monthly commemorative items for worshippers.
七夕をイメージした「神むすひ」や「ふみづき」では、織姫と彦星を結ぶ鵲（かささぎ）や、夜空にきらめく星々、色とりどりの朝顔が表現されている。「夏詣」には金魚や団扇といった納涼の意匠が施されており、いずれも季節感に富んだ一枚となっている。
The “Kamimusubi” and “Fumizuki” stamps evoke the Tanabata legend, depicting magpies bridging the stars Orihime and Hikoboshi, while colorful morning glories and glittering night skies enhance the imagery. The “Natsumode” design features goldfish and fans, capturing the refreshing essence of Japanese summer traditions.
このうち「盛夏」は、複雑なエッチングによる輝きを背景に、夏の光を表現した四輝朱印。8月末までの授与が予定されている。
“Seika,” part of the “Shiki Goshuin” series, is available through the end of August. It features intricate etching techniques that convey the brilliance and vitality of midsummer sunlight.
生田神社は、縁結びの神として知られる稚日女尊（わかひるめのみこと）を祀り、恋愛成就や安産祈願、家内安全などのご利益で知られる古社。地元では「いくたさん」の愛称で親しまれ、神戸の守り神として厚い信仰を集めている。
Ikuta Shrine enshrines Wakahirume-no-Mikoto, revered as a deity of matchmaking, safe childbirth, and household well-being. Locally known as “Ikuta-san,” the shrine is a beloved guardian of Kobe with a deep spiritual presence.
一部の御朱印は、公式オンラインショップからの郵送対応も行っており、遠方からの参拝者にも対応している。
Some of the goshuin are also available by mail through the shrine’s official online shop, allowing those who cannot visit in person to participate in the seasonal tradition.
